General information

1. The Munchy e-shop with the web address www.munchyshop.com (hereinafter the e-shop) is an electronic shopping environment created by Sisu Agency OÜ (hereinafter Munchy), through which products are sold.
2. The validity of the sales contract, terms of sale of goods and price information apply to purchases in the e-shop.
3. The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are indicated next to the products. The prices include the parcel machine for transporting the product. Information about the product is provided in the e-shop directly next to the product.
4. The terms of use of the e-store apply to all legal relationships, product offers, orders, sales transactions that take place between the user of the e-store as a Customer and Sisu Agency OÜ, the owner of the e-store www.munchyshop.com.
5. The e-shop may change its conditions at any time by publishing the changes on the Munchy website www.munchyshop.com. Changes take effect immediately after publication. By using the e-shop and placing an order through it, the customer agrees to the general conditions when placing the order.

Entry into force of the sales contract

1. Munchy sells and the Customer buys the products offered in the e-store. The sales contract between Munchy and the Customer comes into effect upon receipt of the payment to Sisu Agency OÜ's current account.
2. By placing an order and making a payment in the Munchy online store, the Customer confirms that he has read and agrees to the terms of sale.

Prices

1. All prices in the Munchy online store are given in euros.
2. Munchy may change the prices displayed in the online store at any time. All changes are published in the www.munchyshop.com e-store and take effect from the moment of publication.
3. If the Customer submitted his order before the price changes came into effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order applies to him. The customer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.

4. The prices include the costs of delivering the products to the parcel machine. 

Ordering and paying for goods

1. To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select a suitable parcel machine. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the E-shop. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3. When paying for the order, the Customer can choose the appropriate payment method: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Citadele and Revolut bank links, debit or credit card. Transactions take place through the secure environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The customer pays 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.
4. Sisu Agency OÜ is the controller of personal data. Sisu Agency OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

Delivery of products

1. Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia. Shipping costs are included in the product price.
2. Shipments generally arrive at the buyer's specified parcel machine within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. The maximum possible delivery time, if the goods have to be ordered more, is 60 days.
3. After the Customer pays the invoice, Munchy completes the order and hands it over to the logistics partner for delivery.
4. Munchy's delivery and logistics partners are Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD.
5. Munchy is not responsible for product delivery delays and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.
6. It is possible to change the delivery destination until the goods are handed over to the logistics partner by informing us of your wish by e-mail or by phone.
7. A shipment damaged during transport can be returned immediately by using the parcel machine and immediately documenting the damage to the shipment upon receiving the package (a description of the damage must be sent with pictures to info@munchyshop.com).

Return

1. According to VÚS § 56 (1), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.
2. You can return a product that is in its original packaging and undamaged.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a product that does not match the order or a scrap product.

4. Regarding a scrap product or a product that does not correspond to the order, the Customer must immediately make a withdrawal request by e-mail (info@munchyshop.com), adding a photo of the product and an explanation, and send the product to the parcel machine (Tartu Raadi Maxima Narva mnt 112/Peetri 26B, Tartu, Estonia) .
5. The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the Customer's account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement and the product. 

Making claims

1. It is not possible to exchange or return products due to defects that were indicated in the product description in the e-shop. If the products cannot be exchanged, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (except defective goods).
2. It is not possible to submit a claim to Munchy if the product defect is due to improper use or violation of storage conditions.
3. The invoice sent to the buyer's e-mail address is also a document proving the purchase, which must be submitted when reporting product defects.

Force Majeure

1. Munchy is responsible to the Customer, and the Customer is responsible to Munchy for the damage caused to the other party by violating these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
2. Munchy is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or for delays in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to circumstances that Munchy could not influence or foresee.

Privacy

1. By using the Munchy website, the customer gives clear and informed consent to Munchy processing his personal data.
2. Munchy uses the information provided by the Customer only to fulfill the Customer's purchase order and does not disclose it to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law.

The controller of personal data of the online store www.munchyshop.com is SISU AGENCY OÜ (14792826) located in Tartu county, Tartu city, Anne tn 80-82, 50705, Republic of Estonia, phone +37253526938 and e-mail sisuagencyest@gmail.com. 

1. The e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
2. The e-shop transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
3. The e-shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
